ART OF VISUALISATION
A lot has been written about visualisation and Ithought I would share my experience with you on this matter. My wife suffered a brain haemorrhalge over 12 months ago and she had to have emergency surgery and I was told by the consultants that the news was not good. She spent eight days in Intensive Care and myself and my family were with her for that very difficult time. My children kept asking me will MOM be ok and I repeatedly told them the Mam will be fine and that she would be home before Christmas and I was steadfast in this and dismissed any other outcome. Every day in ICU I would visualise myself and my wife having tea together in our kitchen my wife sitting in the same place she always sits at the kitchen and me in my perch. I visualised it as if it was there and then and repeated this every day. Guess what my draling wife came home just before Christmas last year and we also sat together in our kitchen having tea exactly as I had visualised it. I can only state that in my mind I had a steadfast belief despite what was going on around me. I hope it helps other people who are having difficult times at present.
